• If you find a cheaper price, you must obtain a printed confirmation of the competitor quote on headed paper or equivalent (i.e. print out of the webpage at the final payment stage) complete with a clear description of artwork, price including all fees and charges, availability, conditions and date of quote clearly shown. If the price is found online you must provide the link in which the price is shown. This quote needs to be presented to ART 45 LTD on the same day as the quote was created by the competitor, and the PRICE must still be available on the competitor’s website. The Price Match Guarantee will be valid against the initial competitor quote only. We will not enter into an ongoing price negotiation.

  2. The name of the website you saw the cheaper artwork i.e Opus number priced at, together with a screenshot of the offer and details of full price.

  3. Your full name, and a contact telephone number in case we need to reach you.

  The Price Match Guarantee will only apply to orders made in Europe which are then compared to offers made on another website that is priced in Euros.

  The Price Match Guarantee will not apply if the cheaper offer on the other website is obtained via a limited time promotion, promo code, cash back, coupon, voucher or member’s discount.
